  • Domestic Orders (Germany + EU) Standard Shipping

    Gemme Salon offers free DHL shipping for standard Germany + EU domestic shipments valued $500 or more. For shipments valued less than $500, a small shipping fee based on your area applies.
    Standard shipping includes insurance, signature confirmation, and high-quality packaging. All items are shipped within 5 business day from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays).

    International Shipping

    International shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with DHL, depending on location. The shipping fee for all international orders is typically €55-€99. Please note Gemme Salon does not cover any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, or other tax on top of the purchase price. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside of the EU. All shipments are tracked and insured.

    Shipping Schedule

    We process and ship orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that Gemme Salon will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    Order Changes

    Gemme Salon is unable to make changes to an order once the tracking has been assigned. We make every attempt to accommodate special requests for shipping, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand the shipping procedures involved.

  • Specialized Repairs

    Before any piece is listed, our team carefully inspects it for signs of wear. When needed, we carry out discreet, high-quality repairs using artisanal techniques that honor the craftsmanship of the original garment. From re-stitching hems to replacing fastenings, we extend the life of each item while respecting its authenticity and integrity.

    Secured Storage

    All Gemme Salon pieces are stored in a secure, climate-controlled environment to ensure optimal preservation. We maintain ideal conditions to protect fine textiles, leather bags, and delicate embellishments — safely storing each piece until it reaches its new home.

  • All sales are considered final. Gemme Salon will facilitate no returns or exchanges of completed purchases. If the wrong product is shipped to the buyer, the buyer will be provided with a prepaid label to be sent back to Gemme Salon, at which point the correct item will be shipped back to the buyer. We do not change addresses or items on orders once they are placed.

    Each item is purchased “AS IS”. While Gemme Salon provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship. Should the purchased item show any kind of defects in the future, the cost of repairing the item falls solely with the buyer.

    If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer shall be solely responsible to file the claim with the shipping company. You may always reach out to Gemme Salon for help with claims and customs, but the responsibility for filing the claim remains on the customer.

    Although Gemme Salon is committed to helping customers at every step of the process, we are not responsible for packages lost during transit, nor for any weather-related damage or delays. Further, we are not responsible for shipments ordered to forwarding addresses, regardless of the shipping service used; the buyer that places an order and provides a forwarding address is solely responsible for contacting the forwarding service and locating the shipment.

    The seller will ship the bag to the address on file only. The buyer agrees in selecting the correct address BEFORE making the payment.

    The buyer agrees to sign for the item or retrieve it at their local post office should they not be home. Should the buyer initiate a chargeback for any reason or attempt to commit fraud, all legal actions will be taken by local, federal authorities.

    The buyer agrees that they have read these terms and conditions before paying for the item. By paying for the Gemme Salon product, signing for, and receiving the item, the buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions as outlined above.
